A native of the area, Joe grew up in Sutton and attended Kearsarge schools. His roots can be traced back to the original descendants of Sutton; in fact his great grandfather ran a local sawmill where the library in Sutton stands today and his grandmother currently holds the Boston Post cane as the oldest resident in Sutton at 98.
More than 17 years ago Joe married his high school sweetheart, and has spent some of his happiest days with his in laws at their home on Pleasant Lake in New London. He is constantly in awe of the region’s natural beauty and enjoys it while kayaking with his family on the peaceful waters of the lake, with Mt. Kearsarge in the background.
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Joe spent a decade in the hospitality industry. In 2000, Joe shifted his focus to real estate and joined Country Houses. In 2006, he became a partner and has helped to grow the company to the leading real estate firm in the Lake Sunapee Region. He has a passion for customer service, and especially enjoys the art" of the deal. He is consistently a top producer in the region and loves introducing people to the Lake Sunapee Region and taking them on tour of this very special area. Joe believes that the area sells itself, and he just lends a hand as a great resource and local real estate expert.
